Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; background in Tourism or Hospitality is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or direct selling.
- Proven ability to develop both B2B and B2C sales opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Energetic, adventurous, and comfortable working in dynamic field environments.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work in the field.
