We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales and Marketing staff to join our team, helping us expand our reach and enhance guest experiences. As a Sales and marketing staff at Jukung Dive Resort Penida, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring that every interaction with our guests is memorable and rewarding. Your responsibilities will include:
- Run and maintain the digital on-line marketing social media, contenet creator and video/photo editing and posts
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Managing and growing our client base through effective B2C and B2B sales approaches.
- Building strong relationships with potential clients and existing partners.
- Handling negotiations to secure the best deals and ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Utilizing your computer and digital skills to manage data and reports efficiently.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance guest satisfaction.
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
- Office location: Nusa Penida, Kab. Klungkung, Bali, Indonesia (position available remotely).
- Education level: Diploma.
- Experience: Between 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Skills:
- Sales Strategy
- English, Chinese mandarine is a plus
