Job description for Sales Executive at Ahti Interiors
We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our B2B project pipeline. If you have strong relationship-building skills, a passion for interiors, and a track record of turning leads into long-term partnerships, we want to hear from you!
What you'll do:
• Identify and manage key accounts: developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors
• Drive sales through project-based business villas, hotels, commercial & residential developments
• Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closing
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and after-sales support.
What we're looking for:
• Min. 2 years B2B/project sales experience, ideally in sanitary ware, real estate, hospitality, or interiors.
• Strong network in Bali and Jakarta's design & real estate community
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-starter, design-savvy, and excellent CRM Skill
• fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a mandatory
