Job description for Sales Executive at PT. Caldera Lintas Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote accommodation, rafting, team-building, corporate outing, gathering, and group packages.
- Identify and approach potential customers, companies, schools, communities, travel agents, and event organizers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on potential bookings.
- Build and maintain warm and professional relationships with customers and business partners.
- Conduct sales visits, presentations, and site visits when needed.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events and group activities.
- Work closely with the operational team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, tourism, events, or MICE.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, proactive, confident, and customer-oriented.
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients and business partners.
- Comfortable conducting sales visits and meeting potential clients.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
