Key Responsibilities
- Sell booth spaces and partnership packages to brands
- Handle follow-ups, WhatsApp outreach, and proposal submissions
- Maintain exhibitor relationships and ensure excellent pre-event communication
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and agreements
- Attend expos to support exhibitor onboarding and coordination
- Manage CRM pipeline and track leads
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market mapping and competitor research
Requirements
- 1–4+ years sales experience (events, media, retail, or B2B)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Proactive, confident, and comfortable with outreach
- Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline
- Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Good presentation skills & willing to learn
- Preferably knowledgeable about baby, beauty, or FMCG categories
Willing to travel (Medan + Sumatra + Other Cities)
