Key Responsibility:
- Achieve sales targets through prospecting, customer visits, product presentations, quotation, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor sales pipeline, quotation status, customer opportunities, and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities to support business growth.
Qualification
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, particularly in B2B Sales within the Manufacturing or Automotive industry.
- Strong skills in business development, prospecting, and customer relationship management.
- Able to maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Experienced in customer retention, regular follow-ups, and identifying opportunities to increase customer business.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and business communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with sales targets and demonstrate a track record of achieving targets.
- Able to identify new business opportunities and expand the market/customer base.
- Experienced in handling quotation follow-ups, price negotiations, and closing deals.
- Proficient in preparing sales reports and monitoring sales pipelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to conduct customer visits and business trips as required.
- Valid SIM A/C (driving license) is an advantage.
