Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A and/or SIM C).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Sumatra.
- Proactive, creative, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
- Good understanding of negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong achievement mindset.
- Strong customer understanding and account profiling capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Preferable have working experience in Flavor Company
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market mapping activities across Sumatra for the Food & Beverage industry.
- Identify and develop new potential customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Willing to travel frequently within Sumatra and Jakarta as required for business purposes
