Job description for Sales Executive at PT Bion Digital Indonesia
- Handle incoming Leads and close Sales through Meetings, Presentations and Follow-ups
- Handle Partnership Program - Partner Relationship Management and seeking for a new partner to join BION Strategic Alliance - our Partnership Program
- Set-up meetings with potential clients and listen to their goals and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations/demo on BION ERP or other products
- Prepare sales proposals, sales order, and quotations
- Constant follow up with leads through calls and emails to ensure project closing
- Create Sales Reports and Customer Relationship Management Reports periodically
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections during the pre-sale stages
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Come up with ideas and suggestions to increase overall Sales, such as Partnership Program and Reseller Program.
- Proficient in written & spoken English
- Passionate to work in Sales environment
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to work on a dynamic and fast-paced team
- Ability to work and communicate with the whole company
- Open-minded
- Quick learner and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills

- Sales Experience with minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in ERP/Software
- Bachelor Degree in any fields, minimum GPA: 3.00/4
