Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration/Marketing or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Executive within the BPO or Outsourcing Industry

Proven tract record as a Sales Executive or Business Development, with experience in managing client relationships

Strong commercial and business acumen

Execellent client relationship and communication skills, both written and verbal

Proactive, results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset

Strong network in industries such as manufacturing, property, finance, or public sector

Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Own a personal vehicle and willing to travel for business meetings
