Job description for Sales Executive at PT Semesta Hobi Wisata
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate new leads.
- Conduct sales activities, client visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients to close deals.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Hospitality or Hotel industry.
- Experience in hotel sales, hospitality, travel, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willing to conduct client visits and sales activities as required.
- Existing network in corporate, hospitality, travel, or tourism industry is a plus.
