We are expanding our commercial footprint in Indonesia and seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive (Hunter) to aggressively drive new business acquisition and client growth.
*Job Description*
We are looking for a proactive "Hunter" Sales Executive to focus entirely on outbound business development, lead generation, and closing new corporate accounts. Operating on a 100% remote basis from Jakarta, you will play a vital role in expanding our market share across the freight forwarding and supply chain sector by identifying prospective shippers, pitching our logistics capabilities, and onboarding new clients.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Actively hunt and prospect new corporate clients (importers, exporters, manufacturers, and trading companies) through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and market research.
* Pitch multimodal freight forwarding services (air freight, sea freight, land transport, and customs clearance) to decision-makers and C-level executives.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets for new client acquisition.
* Prepare competitive commercial quotations, rate proposals, and service tenders in coordination with the pricing and operations teams.
* Conduct regular market research to identify emerging industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth sectors in Indonesia.
* Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and provide regular forecasting updates to management.
*Job Requirements*
* *Language Proficiency:* Professional working proficiency in *English* (both written and verbal) is strictly required for daily cross-border communication and international client correspondence.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
* Minimum 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience, specifically in a "hunter" role within freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or supply chain industries.
* Strong negotiation, pitching, and closing skills with a proven track record of hitting sales quotas.
* High self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment with a stable home internet connection.
