At Mulia Box, we don’t just produce carton boxes — we help Indonesian UMKM look more premium, ship more safely, and grow through better packaging.
We’re looking for a high-initiative individual who enjoys understanding business needs, communicating actively with clients, and working in a fast-moving environment. This is a client-facing commercial role conducted primarily via chat, call, and online meetings — with occasional client visits when needed.

What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries (WhatsApp, marketplace, website)
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right packaging solution
- Prepare quotations and follow up until closing
- Coordinate with production & operations team
- Build good relationships with customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum D3 / S1 from any major
- Fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome
- Good communication & persuasive skills
- Fast response and detail oriented
- Comfortable working in target-driven environment
- Based in Bandung and willing to work from office
