Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through online channels, digital outreach, and follow-up activities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Present solar panel solutions clearly and persuasively to prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM or tracking tools
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams on import-related documentation and shipping processes
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover after deal closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay informed about market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity in the solar energy sector
Requirements
- Able to converse is English, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with international shipping, import documentation, and logistics processes for Indonesia
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independent
