Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Expand the customer base by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell the company's products to B2B, B2C, and retail customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Job Requirements
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Experience in the sanitary, building materials, construction materials, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Representative.
- Experience in B2B, B2C, or retail/direct sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships.
- Possess an established network and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Existing customer relationships within the sanitary or building materials industry will be an advantage.
- Able to join immediately.
- Domiciled in Jakarta or Bekasi.
- Own a motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
