Qualifications :
- Graduated Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields
- Male/Female have more 2 years experience of sales and marketing experience
- Experience in CRGO steel sales, the trasformers industry, laminations, built core or an electrical company is an advantage
- Strong Communication, negotiation and customer handling skills
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to manage customer relationship independently
- Willing to travel regulary for customer visits and business development
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Job Profile :
- Lead regional sales or CRGO laminations and bulit cores for the power & distribution transformer industry
- Handle end-to-end sales activities including pricing, negotiation, delivery coordination and payment follow-up
- Visit customers regularly to understand demand, growth plans, targets and business opportunities
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance
- Resolve customer complaint together with plant teams and ensure proper closure
- Drive business growth by developing new customer and expanding existing accounts
- Prepare business expansion and customer development proposals for the coporate team.
