Job description for Sales Executive (MT-OTC) at PT Abadinusa Usahasemesta
What will you do?
- Plan and execute visit plans daily/monthly to ensure optimal coverage
- Identify and maintain business opportunities by expanding relevant channels (healthcare/pharmacy modern trade) to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Implement sales strategies and activities in coordination with the product team
- Deliver engaging and impactful product presentations and demonstrations
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Oversee market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and stock availability
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development, as well as monitor sales process administration (quotation, PO, sales agreement, and documentation).
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years as sales/marketing (specifically handling healthcare/pharmacy modern trade channel, or other retail channel/OTC products)
- Minimum diploma degree from relevant major
- Good understanding of medical products and retail purchasing procedures
- Strong personality to present the products and negotiate
- Ability to use CRM/Sales Force applications
- Having own vehicle and valid driver's license.
*Willing to RELOCATE NATIONWIDE in Indonesia area in the future (for first placement will be in Jakarta)
