Job Description
- Through market research and targeted marketing strategies, digital sales seek out individuals or businesses that have the potential to become customers.
- Building relationships Through effective communication, digital sales builds trust and good relationships with prospective customers.
- Product presentation, Explain the features and benefits of products or services in a clear and attractive manner through various digital media.
- Help potential customers make a decision to buy and complete the transaction process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Specifically understand technology trends, digital products, online channels.
- Able to sell digital services such as: Website & Apps Development, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Online Paid Campaign, for various types of businesses.
- Have experience as sales min. 2 years.
- Experience in IT/Digital Agency is a plus.
