Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :
- Memberi informasi / presentasi produk properti perusahaan kepada customer;
- Melaksanakan canvassing, flyering, pameran properti dan online (social media) marketing;
- Menghasilkan prospek penjualan baru dan follow up prospek melalui telepon, email atau bertatap muka langsung;
- Melaksanakan penjualan unit-unit apartemen pada customer;
- Membantu customer terkait kelengkapan administrasi yang diperlukan terkait dengan pembelian unit.
Persyaratan :
- Berpengalaman sebagai Sales (Otomotif, Asuransi, Kartu Kredit, Saham),
- Lebih disukai berpengalaman sebagai Sales Properti.
- Berpenampilan baik dan menarik
- Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik, persuasif dan mudah bergaul
- Mau bekerja keras dan mampu bekerja secara Team Work
- Bersedia bekerja di hari weekend (sabtu & minggu) atau Hari Libur Nasional (akan libur diantara hari Senin-Jumat)
- Menguasai digital marketing / Medsos
- Pendidikan Min SMA/SMK
- Usia max 40 thn
