PT Surya Maju Bersama is a leading F&B importer and distribution company with three decades of expertise. We are looking for a driven and field-oriented Sales Executive – HORECA to accelerate our distribution growth and expand our market presence.
Job Description
As a Sales Executive – HORECA, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding distribution, and managing key accounts within the HORECA channel (Hotel, Restaurant, Café).
Key Responsibilities:
- Map and develop HORECA channels (café, QSR, bakery, hotel, catering)
- Build and maintain a strong target account list
- Drive outlet penetration and distribution expansion
- Prospect, pitch, and close new HORECA accounts
- Conduct product sampling and presentations
- Coordinate closely with internal teams
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure repeat orders and consistent growth
- Drive volume growth and SKU expansion
Working Approach:
- Field-driven (active market visits)
- Structured pipeline management (prospect to closing)
- Weekly reporting with actionable insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1)
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling HORECA accounts
- Strong understanding of B2B market (café, restaurant, QSR, bakery)
- Existing network in HORECA is a strong advantage
- Target-driven with strong relationship-building skills
- Willing to travel and work in the field
