Job description for Sales Executive Hemodialysis at PT Abadinusa Usahasemesta

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential clients or new business opportunity to promote, sell, and market hemodialysis products (incl. the consumables)
  • Achieve and exceed the sales target through innovative sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain new and grow existing relationships as well as leverage customer relationship to increase sales revenue in territory, client satisfaction and retention
  • Actively participate in hemodialysis-related event such as trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and others medical equipment exhibition.
  • Able to effectively communicate the product details and negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements

Qualification

  • Minimum 3 years as sales/marketing in hemodialysis business
  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other relevant major
  • Good understanding of hemodialysis products
  • Good understanding in purchasing procedures for government and private hospitals, and government agencies (public health office, etc.) as well as e-catalog, bidding process and joint operation (KSO)
  • Have connections with KOL (in Pernefri and PAPDI)
  • Strong in negotiation skill towards the external parties (customers)
  • Good presentation skills with strong sales & marketing strategy
  • Ability to use CRM/Sales Force applications
  • Have hemodialysis nurse training certificate will be a plus
  • Having own vehicle
