Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within the floral, gifting, corporate, and event markets
Create and maintain good relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and retail customers
Able to understand and analyze the specific floral design, styling, and gifting needs of clients
Develop and strengthen the floral brand to enhance top-of-mind awareness in the gift and event industry
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets
Conduct market research and monitor competitor florist activities to identify potential growth areas and floral trends
