Job description for SALES EXECUTIVE (F&B) at Trembesi Hotel
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Executive – F&B to join our team at a 4-Star Hotel.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Hotel Sales, F&B Sales, Banquet Sales, or Event Sales, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good network within corporate, government, wedding/event organizers, communities, and other potential F&B clients.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Proactive in generating new business and developing potential accounts.
- Good understanding of F&B, banquet, catering, and event business.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well-groomed and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue for restaurant, banquet, meeting, wedding, social events, and catering.
- Develop new accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, site inspections, and follow-ups.
- Promote F&B packages, events, and hotel dining programs.
- Prepare proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
- Achieve assigned F&B sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with F&B, Banquet, and related departments to ensure smooth event execution.
