About the Role
KLIK Dental, a distribution business unit under SATU Dental Group, is looking for a driven Sales Executive to manage the full sales cycle — from serving customers and processing orders to conducting effective customer visits — while leveraging digital tools and data to boost customer satisfaction and hit revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/annual revenue targets
- Drive upselling and cross-selling to existing customers; monitor sales performance against targets
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and other channels with accurate product information
- Process customer orders — confirm stock availability, ensure accurate invoicing, and monitor timely delivery
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, coordinating with relevant teams and following up post-resolution
- Map potential customers, plan visit schedules, identify customer needs, and deliver product presentations to convert leads
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree, any major (Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or Dentistry background is a plus)
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Executive/Sales Representative, ideally in distribution, medical device, pharmaceutical, or dental industry
- Target-driven with a proactive, hunter mindset for new opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using digital tools (WhatsApp Business, basic CRM) and Excel for sales tracking
- Willing to travel for customer visits (own vehicle & driving license is a plus)
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and a natural problem-solver
