About the role
We are seeking a Sales Executive Console (LCL) to join our thriving Freight/Cargo Forwarding team at PT. Milenial Solusi Internusa. This is a full-time role based in Cilincing, North Jakarta. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and pursuing new sales leads to expand our client base
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals and quotes to potential clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through excellent customer service
- Negotiating contracts and coordinating with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Providing regular sales reports and updates to the management team
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales console role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, industry regulations, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools
- A customer-centric mindset and the ability to provide exceptional service
