Job description for Sales Executive - Beauty at Nusantics
- Conducting market research for Nusantics Skin Care Line (Biome Beauty) to identify selling possibilities,
- Actively seeking out new sales prospects for Biome Beauty & opportunities through call, networking and social media,
- Negotiating deals with potential distribution channel/reseller & build, nurture and retain relationship with existing channel/reseller to generate Biome Beauty repeat sales and secure new sales reference,
- Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensure we use the effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives,
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role with min. 2 years experience with proven sales achievements (preferably from beauty industry),
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field,
- Passionate in preserving Indonesia biodiversity through sustainable innovations,
- Strong knowledge in Beauty, Wellness/Health industry,
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- Strong leadership with excellent problem-solving skills,
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques,
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
