We're hiring a Sales Executive based in Surabaya. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute business to achieve sales targets
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customer accounts
* Conduct site visits to assess customers
* Provide technical consultations and recommend equipment based on customers' specifications and project needs
* Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and achieve individual sales targets
Required Qualifications
* A Man/Male with a minimum age of 35 years old
* Bachelor's degree with an engineering background (Preferably in Chemical Engineering)
* Have experience selling products for Industrial / Chemical Markets
* Fresh graduates can apply
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Good English communication (Verbal & Written)
* Target-oriented
