Job description for Sales Executive - Airline GSA at PT Glowin Indonesia Servis
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore and secure new business opportunities for cargo/passenger services
- Achieve and exceed sales target
- Promote airline cargo rate and services & negotiate rates and terms with customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Report sales performance and customer feedback to supervisor
- Collaborate with sales team to enhance marketing strategies
- Provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Maximum 35 years old
- Proficient in English (written & spoken)
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Enjoys working with people and motivated by target
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge or experience in aviation or General Sales Agent industry is preferred
- Willing to Work From Office at Pantai Indah Kapuk area
