Job description for Sales Executive / Account Manager at BERKAH PERMATA LOGISTIK

Role Overview:

Develop new business opportunities for freight forwarding and customs clearance services(import/export)
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution
Achieve monthly Gross Profit (GP) targets*

*) Additional Compensation & Benefits Note:

Commision 5-10% of achieved Gross Profit (uncapped)

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experiences in freight forwarding /logistics sales
Strong understanding of export-import process and customs clearance
Strong understanding of frieght forwarding and custom clearance
Have existing client network is a plus
Target-oriented and able to work independently
Good communication and negotiation skills
