Job Overview:
Glance.sg is seeking a motivated and experienced Market Research and Outreach Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research focused on the Singapore freelancing industry and performing outreach to at least 200 businesses each month. The ideal candidate will have strong English proficiency and experience in market research and outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape within the Singapore freelancing market.
- Perform outreach to a minimum of 200 businesses per month, using various communication channels to generate leads and build relationships.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings, providing insights and updates on research findings and outreach progress.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness and reach targeted business audiences.
- Prepare and present reports on market research and outreach activities to the team.
-Conduct cold calls, emails and sales outreach based on research results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in market research and outreach, ideally in a remote capacity.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with market research tools and outreach strategies.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
