Job description for sales excecutive at PT. GCP Paint Chemical
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Thailand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting our paint and coating products to industrial and manufacturing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the paint, coatings, and manufacturing industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including factories, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and sales meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable paint and coating products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update customer information.
Requirements:
- Male candidate preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the paint, coatings, chemical, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience in B2B sales and dealing with industrial customers is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Must have a valid driving license and own a vehicle for customer visits.
- Willing to travel within Bangkok and surrounding industrial areas.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good command of Thai is required. English communication skills are an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
- Sales commission and performance incentives, subject to company policy.
