Job Description :
We are looking for a Sales Engineer HVAC who is responsible for developing HVAC project opportunities and providing technical solutions to customers. The position will work closely with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users to understand project requirements, present suitable HVAC solutions, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain HVAC project opportunities and customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate HVAC technical solutions.
- Present and promote HVAC products to consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with the engineering team for product selection and technical requirements.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and project follow-ups.
- Negotiate with customers and support the sales process until project closing.
Qualifications :
- Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC/MEP Sales Engineer or related position.
- Good understanding of AHU, VRF, Chiller, DX, FCU, ventilation, and HVAC systems.
- Able to read MEP drawings and understand HVAC technical specifications.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel for project visits.
