Job description for Sales Engineer at PT. Indo Utama Services

1. Merancang Forecast pengadaan jabatan disesuaikan dengan program kerja setiap bulannya

2. Mencari list data perusahaan awal dan mengumpulkan database customer potensial based on reference Mr UIL product & services

3. Melakukan komunikasi awal dengan customer & procurement sampai mendapatkan vendor registration dan jadwal presentasi

4. Menginformasikan legal document kepada customer

5. Mendaftarkan perusahaan ke dalam database / vendor list customer

6. Menyiapkan dan melakukan presentasi introduction serta mendokumentasikan hasil, existing system & enquiry

7. Melakukan kunjungan teknis, pengumpulan data lapangan, dan identifikasi anomali system

8. Menyampaikan Technical Proposal ke customer dan mengelola proses approval TP

9. Menyusun dan melakukan negosiasi Commercial Proposal (CP) berdasarkan Technical Proposal yang disepakati

10. Memfinalkan, mengomunikasikan, dan memonitor approval Commercial Proposal sampai disetujui customer
