Job description for Sales Engineer at Shanghai Electric Group Co.,Ltd
Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the market development, sales, and full-cycle customer relation maintenance for main & auxiliary equipment and spare parts of thermal power plants as well as other types of power plants (gas, hydro, geothermal, wind, solar and energy storage).
2. Conduct technical visits to customer sites, lead technical discussions and solution alignment, and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure effective project progression.
3. Systematically collect, analyze, and evaluate market intelligence to support sales strategy formulation and market decision-making.
4. Analyze power plant equipment operational status in-depth to accurately identify needs for spare parts, maintenance, and services, proactively developing and driving new business opportunities to closure.
5. Act as the communication bridge between the company and clients, accurately conveying technical proposals and commercial information to ensure seamless alignment of both parties' requirements.
Requirments
1. Education: Full-time undergraduate of electrical, mechanical and other science engineering majors
2. Work experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
3. Ages: Under 40 years old
4. Language skills: Able to communicate in English and Indonesian
5. Business trip: Good health, able to accept frequent and long-term business trip arrangements;
