Job Description
INFIEN Energy is looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team and drive the growth of solar energy solutions in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess both technical knowledge in photovoltaic (PV) solar panel systems, BESS and EV Charging and strong sales skills to support customers in selecting, designing, and purchasing our energy systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote PV solar, BESS and EV charging systems & service to customers (residential, commercial, or industrial sectors).
- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical proposals, drawings, and cost estimations.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and partners.
- Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with engineering project teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and government incentives related to solar installations.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to generate leads and expand the INFIEN market presences
Requirements
- Minimum undergraduated/graduated Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar energy or electrical products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
