Job description for SALES ENGINEER at PT Texmura

Ringkasan Posisi:

Fokus penuh pada penjualan produk spesialis konstruksi (fasilitas olahraga, decorative flooring, & waterproofing) ke sektor korporasi/swasta (B2B). Tidak melayani konsumen perorangan (end user).

Tanggung Jawab Utama (Job Desk):

• B2B Project Sales: Mencari dan mengawal peluang proyek dari Kontraktor Utama, Developer, dan Konsultan Perencana.

• Procurement Management: Mengelola seluruh proses pengadaan/tender B2B klien, mulai dari prakualifikasi vendor, penyiapan dokumen teknis, hingga tahap aanwijzing.

• Technical Consultation: Memberikan solusi teknis produk kepada klien dan mengawal spesifikasi material agar disetujui oleh pemilik proyek.

• Coordination & Estimating: Bekerja sama dengan tim Estimator internal untuk menyusun RAB penawaran yang kompetitif.

• Account Monitoring: Mengawal proses pembayaran (payment/term) proyek yang berjalan dan melaporkan pipeline penjualan ke pimpinan.

KUALIFIKASI UTAMA

• Perempuan, usia 25 – 35 Tahun

• Pendidikan: Minimal S1 Teknik Sipil (diutamakan) / Arsitektur.

• Pengalaman:

o Minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Sales Engineer di industri building material atau kontraktor.

o Memiliki pengalaman kerja dari perusahaan pemerintah / BUMN Konstruksi (eks-BUMN Karya) agar sangat paham sistem birokrasi dan procurement perusahaan besar.

o Terbukti sukses menangani penjualan skema B2B/Proyek (bukan ritel).

• Keahlian Teknis: Mampu membaca gambar teknik (AutoCAD/Shop Drawing) dan sangat menguasai administrasi pengadaan (procurement).

• Kompetensi:

o Integritas Tinggi (bebas dari fraud) & Resilience (tangguh menghadapi siklus penjualan panjang).

o Kemampuan negosiasi dan presentasi teknis yang persuasif.

• Mobilitas: Memiliki kendaraan pribadi & SIM aktif, siap melakukan kunjungan lapangan (site visit).
