Job description for Sales Engineer at PT. HHM ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial pump products and related systems
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate pump solutions (centrifugal pumps, dosing pumps, submersible pumps, etc.)
- Prepare technical proposals, product selections, datasheets, and quotations
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
- Support after-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports
