Job description for Sales Engineer at PT Ferbos Kreasi Digital

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their technical needs and challenges.
Recommend the right building automation and energy efficiency solutions.
Work closely with the engineering team to develop technical proposals.
Present solutions and provide technical support throughout the sales process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Must Have

Hands-on experience with building, HVAC, or energy systems.
Strong communication skills with clients and technical teams.
Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.
Eager to learn, coachable, and adaptable.

Nice to Have

Familiar with building automation, BMS/BAS, or energy efficiency.
Exposure to Green Building, Greenship, or ESG.
Client-facing or commercial experience.
