2. Min. age 35 years old
3. Min. education Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
4. Have min. 2 (two) years experience in a technical sales or Sales Engineer
5. Have min. 2 (two) years experience in the related industry (Conveyor Systems, Automation, Manufacturing)
Job Required Skills :
1. Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical customers
2. Knowledge of industrial automation, mechanical systems
3. Ability to read and understand technical diagrams, schematics, and product specification
4. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales project
7. Self motivated, with a proactive and positive attitude
8. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
9. Proficient in using Microsoft Office
10. Ability to travel frequently to meet clients
Job Description :
1. Presenting and selling company products to potential customers, offering technical support before and after the sale
2. Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to explain the features and benefits of the product
3. Analyzing customer’s requirements and providing solutions
4. Preparing technical and commercial proposals for customers
5. Working with the design engineer teams and production teams to customize products to meet customers requirements
6. Monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and providing feedback to management
Compensation and benefit:
1. You may expect monthly gross salary of IDR 4-5 Million /month with an opportunity for additional annual sales commission based on PO Value
2. You will be covered by BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
3. All business activities costs are reimbursed based on T&C’s
