Job description for Sales Engineer Oil & Gas at PT. Varley Indonesia

  • Mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru di sektor Oil & Gas dan Geothermal.
  • Membangun serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien, termasuk KKKS, EPC, dan O&A Service Company.
  • Menyusun strategi penjualan untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.
  • Menangani proses penawaran, negosiasi, hingga closing project dengan klien.
  • Mengelola dan memonitor proses tender, registrasi vendor, serta kelengkapan dokumen administrasi proyek.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (engineering, operation, dan management) untuk memastikan kelancaran implementasi project.
  • Melakukan follow up progress project mulai dari tahap awal hingga implementasi dan penyelesaian pekerjaan.
  • Menyusun laporan aktivitas penjualan dan perkembangan project melalui Sales Management Report atau CRM.
  • Melakukan analisis pasar dan kompetitor untuk mendukung pengembangan strategi bisnis perusahaan.
  • Menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan serta memastikan kepuasan klien terhadap
  • WAJIB berpengalaman menjadi sales di industri valve untuk oil & gas
