Job description for Sales Engineer Jawa Timur at PT. Varley Indonesia

  • Mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan peluang penjualan di sektor Oil & Gas, Power Plant, dan Petrochemical di wilayah Jawa Timur.
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan seperti PLN, perusahaan swasta, NP, dan IPP.
  • Melakukan presentasi produk serta memberikan solusi teknis sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan.
  • Menyusun proposal teknis dan komersial serta menindaklanjuti proses penawaran hingga tahap closing.
  • Mengikuti proses pengadaan dan tender proyek di sektor industri.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait kebutuhan teknis, jadwal proyek, dan proses penjualan.
  • Memantau perkembangan peluang bisnis dan memastikan pencapaian target penjualan.
  • Mengelola dan memperbarui data aktivitas penjualan melalui sistem CRM atau tools manajemen penjualan.
  • Menyusun laporan aktivitas penjualan dan perkembangan prospek kepada manajemen secara berkala.
  • Berpengalaman menjadi sales di industri valve atau oil & gas
