Job description for Sales Education at Jakarta Academics
Job Descriptions:
- Plan and coordinate activities such as open houses, education fairs, exhibitions, workshops and recruiting potential students through one-to-one consultation and presentation
- Conduct course consultation to potential students by understanding their interests and recommending the suitable programme to them
- Plan school talks and campaigns in government schools and private institutions
- Administer and follow up with students' enrollment and assist the admission process
- Attend to enquiries through phone, email and walk-in appointments
- Ensure proper management of the enquiry database
- Telemarketing and follow up on potential students for registration of programme
- Update social media content
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by management and generate ideas for more sales
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by higher management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience; preferably sales experience in education industry is preferred
- Sales-oriented mindset and personality
- Comfortable in meeting enrolment targets
- Provide good consultation to prospective students
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
