JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify and engage with potential customers (cold leads).
- Develop and implement strategies to convert cold leads into hot leads.
- Maintain a database of leads and track their progress through the sales funnel.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through various channels
- Provide comprehensive information about our products and services to generate interest.
- Foster relationships with potential customers to build trust and rapport.
- Attending school events and expos to present the university.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Provide feedback on marketing strategies based on customer interactions.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports on lead conversion rates
- Use CRM software to manage and track customer interactions and lead progression.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to work from the office in South Jakarta.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in CRM, sales, or customer service (education sector is a plus).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with high school/vocational school students.
