Job description for Sales Education University at Cakrawala University

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers (cold leads).
  • Develop and implement strategies to convert cold leads into hot leads.
  • Maintain a database of leads and track their progress through the sales funnel.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through various channels
  • Provide comprehensive information about our products and services to generate interest.
  • Foster relationships with potential customers to build trust and rapport.
  • Attending school events and expos to present the university.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Provide feedback on marketing strategies based on customer interactions.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate reports on lead conversion rates
  • Use CRM software to manage and track customer interactions and lead progression.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willing to work from the office in South Jakarta.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in CRM, sales, or customer service (education sector is a plus).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with high school/vocational school students.
