Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with educational institutions, schools, and teachers to promote and sell CNLBooks' educational products.
- Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of our resources, highlighting their pedagogical value and alignment with the international framework and national curriculum standards.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions from our product portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new developments in English language education.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, fostering long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling educational products, especially English learning resources, teaching English, or leading schools.
• Strong background and demonstrable understanding of English Language Pedagogy.
• Mandatory understanding of International Frameworks, particularly the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
• Proven ability to communicate educational concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using LMS and other sales tools is a plus.
