Job description for Sales Director at PT Qualita Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion potential
- Leverage an established business network to generate new leads and strategic business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business goals
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for BOD.
- Develop long-term partnerships and strategic accounts to maximize revenue and customer retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Solution / Technology / Digital Solution / System Integration / Managed Services or related industries.
- Strong and established business network, particularly with corporate, enterprise, banking, retail, technology, or other strategic accounts.
- Proven ability to open new markets, generate business opportunities, build sales pipelines, and close high-value deals.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen
- Experience in the services/outsourcing industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
