Job description for Sales Director at PT Jaringan VNT Indonesia
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Sales Director to lead and scale the sales organization. This role demands a leader with strong commercial instinct, mature decision-making ability, and a proven track record in driving revenue through smart, data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full sales function, including multiple Sales Managers from all products.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets and revenue goals.
- Actively report to the CEO, providing regular updates on performance, pipeline, and business opportunities.
- Translate business goals into actionable sales strategies and measurable KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and marketing to ensure go-to-market success.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the sales team.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Create executive-level sales reports, forecasts, and strategy proposals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Having a progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with at least 3–5 years at director, General Manager or Senior Manager.
- Strong background in strategic and analytical thinking, revenue forecasting, and business modeling.
- Proven track record in managing multi-product sales teams.
- Demonstrated leadership, independence, and ownership mentality.
- Ability to work at both tactical and strategic levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive reporting skills.
- Industry experience in ISP, System Integrator (SI), or B2B digital platforms is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English.
