𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 is looking for a proactive and results-driven 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 (𝗦𝗗𝗥) to help us find potential B2B clients and turn them into qualified business opportunities.

🔎 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

• Research and identify potential 𝗕𝟮𝗕 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 and decision-makers.

• Find relevant contacts through LinkedIn, social media, email, and other sources.

• Conduct outbound outreach through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, direct messages, and cold calling.

• Follow up with prospects and identify their level of interest and potential fit.

• Qualify interested prospects and hand over potential opportunities to the Motive Growth team.

• Keep simple records of your prospecting and outreach activities.

🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

• 𝟲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀–𝟭+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in SDR, Account Executive, B2B Sales, Business Development, or 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱/𝗵𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀.

• Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.

• Comfortable with 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 and 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 prospects.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to research companies and identify the right decision-makers.

• Result-oriented, proactive, and persistent.

• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience in 𝗜𝗧, 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦, 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱, 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮, 𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 is preferred.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
