\Job Desc

Identifying and targeting potential customers: The SDR Lead will work with the SDR team to identify and target potential customers using various tools.
Lead generation and qualification: The SDR Lead will oversee the process of generating leads and qualifying them for the sales team.
Reporting and analysis: The SDR Lead will create and maintain reports that track the team's performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi

Min. 2 years of experience working in sales, with a focus on lead generation and qualification.
Experience leading and managing a team of SDRs.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
