Sales Development Representative (OEM/ODM Cosmetics)

PT Shangyang Technology Indonesia, a leading cosmetics manufacturer based in Cikupa, Tangerang, is expanding its presence in both domestic and international beauty markets. With strong capabilities in OEM and ODM manufacturing for skincare, body care, oral care (toothpaste), and decorative cosmetics, we are seeking driven and dynamic professionals to join our growing team in Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara.

Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (OEM/ODM), you will play a critical role in identifying new B2B client opportunities, engaging brand owners, and presenting our manufacturing capabilities. You will nurture relationships with potential clients, understand their product needs, and guide them through the OEM/ODM process from concept to production.
You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Production) to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B leads through telesales, digital outreach, and face-to-face meetings.
Present OEM/ODM services for skincare, makeup, and oral care to potential clients with clear product knowledge.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships using effective communication and relationship-management strategies.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and potential client needs.
Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, QC, Production) to prepare quotations and manage project timelines.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities via CRM tools.
Provide regular reports on sales progress, market insights, and business development pipelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
Experience in OEM/ODM cosmetics, maklon skincare, or B2B beauty industry is a strong advantage.
Strong telesales skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-relationship skills.
Knowledge of B2B sales processes and basic cosmetic product understanding.
High motivation, target-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
