With scaled up, massively growing operations across Asia Pacific, Glints is inviting you to join a fast-paced, high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives that oversees sales and marketing operation in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and others.
A Sales Development Representative plays a strategic role in growing the business at Glints. You will supply qualified leads of prospective clients by consistently reaching out, gathering potential clients and set the tone for client experience.
Responsibilities:
Supply qualified leads of potential employers by scheduling meeting / consultation session with Business Development Rep
Doing outbound sales activities to achieve target of scheduled meeting
Processing incoming inquiries by employers interested with Glints hiring solutions
Requirements:
Good professional/business communication skills, comfortable speaking to decision makers (mid to top management level)
Prior experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or other client management function
Prior experience in startup industry in value add
Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency is a plus
Obsessed with growth and excellent process
Own personal laptop to be used while working
