Job description for Sales Development Representative Intern at PT. DES Teknologi Informasi (DESNET)
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on the Ideal Client Profile (ICP)
- Conduct data mining through LinkedIn and online sources
- Assist in preparing personalized outreach messages
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate and organized lead data in CRM
- Reporting activities and contributing to fulfill prospect targets
Requirements :
- Open to fresh graduates from any relevant major (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communication, Information Technology)
- Preferably good at speaking english
- Strong interest in B2B sales and SaaS solutions
- Ability to perform lead research and prospecting, primarily via LinkedIn, instagram,website (internet canvassing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and data organization
- Eagerness to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Exposure to CRM tools is a plus
- Has experience as SDR intern is a plus
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Will be promoted to be a fulltime employee based on performance (after 6-months internship commitment)
- Wiling to WFO 2 days/week
